1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on EsellerStore, you must provide valid business information and identity verification documents. We reserve the right to approve or reject any seller application.

2. Product Listings

All product listings must be accurate, truthful, and include clear, high-quality images. Misleading descriptions, counterfeit goods, or restricted items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

Sellers are expected to ship orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. You must provide valid tracking information for every order. Failure to meet fulfillment timelines may result in penalties.

4. Returns & Refunds

You must adhere to the standard EsellerStore 14-day return policy. Sellers are responsible for processing returns promptly and issuing refunds in accordance with our platform guidelines.
